It's a no brainer for me (pun intended).

Thans for sharing the WE generation video/campaign info. Change is upon us and apathy is the enemy.

Hey! I think it is so important, that our children understand that they are the future. They are the ones that they have the potential to make this country greater than its ever been. Thanks for sharing this. :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3500936220214961312.post-39678004794237398952008-10-29T16:48:00.000-04:002008-10-29T16:48:00.000-04:00Lisa: Thanks. Respect goes a very long way!!!!

I agree that Obama is left of center, but I also wonder just where center is anymore. I'm not so sure.

Also, this Gen-We campaign is pretty cool because it is NOT partisan. They are not advocating one candidate over the other, and are looking ahead to whomever the next president will be.

It's no secret any more that I'm voting for Obama and I'll be extremely sad if McCain becomes our president. But if that happens, then I will have to give him the same respect I would have given Obama.

I was raised in a Republican state with Republican family members. I'm the black sheep of the bunch. After I was dx MS, my brother (the counselor/college professor) suggested that I give up on my insurance and go on disability and welfare. He thought that that was the only viable option I had to make it financially. From a Republican who really dislikes entitlements, this was a strange recommendation but one which follows from his observational experience.

I just thought the message in this video and the idea of using social networking to enact change was brilliant. I give the coordinators my kudos.

And I really do appreciate all comments, even ones which reveal that my readers have differing opinions, lol. Thanks.Lisa Emrichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10862232056342347990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3500936220214961312.post-85214527146076566892008-10-29T14:12:00.000-04:002008-10-29T14:12:00.000-04:00I have to respectfully disagree with the statement...I have to respectfully disagree with the statement that Obama will govern from the center (or close to it). He is as far left as they come and I don't see this changing after he is elected. Just my humble opinion and, after all, that's what makes the world go around. Regardless of peoples political affiliation it seems silly to think he will be middle of the road. But I do enjoy all your posts.. even when I disagree. :)Miss Chrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11731458343222525114noreply@blogger.com
