(gotta let some hugs in occasionally, lol) Thank you for continuing to build me up just when I seem to need it. (are you psychic or somethin'?) XOXO

P.S. Oh my goodness, the star of a murder mystery. Now why did "I" have to ask for those scissors? My apologies ;)

My brother who works in academia and mental health sent me a link last month. I haven't had a chance to read the entire 72-page report (link at bottom of article), but it looks very interesting. http://ow.ly/2nH2Q Topic is Patient EmpowermentLisa Emrichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10862232056342347990noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3500936220214961312.post-13110778370221553272010-08-10T10:28:29.571-04:002010-08-10T10:28:29.571-04:00Diane, yes, we're working on getting it on Kin...Diane, yes, we're working on getting it on Kindle. I decided early on to embrace my MS and my football tumor and my ovarian cancer, exactly BECAUSE they were all me and I refused to NOT embrace myself. It is like self love--love must start from the inside and work its way out, hopefully touching every aspect of our bodies on its journey. I hope this wonderful account is on Kindle, if not I will request it to be.Diane J Standifordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11862850657925658079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3500936220214961312.post-65864664474293118612010-08-10T08:40:05.711-04:002010-08-10T08:40:05.711-04:00Lisa, I'm so moved by your caring and wonderfu...Lisa, I'm so moved by your caring and wonderful words.

And I have to say, I'm moved to tears by the idea that my journal - which was, after all, just my journal, not intended as a message - could have impact, especially for someone who doesn't have cancer.

Thank you SO MUCH.
